Chris has over 20 years of investment banking experience in Asia. Prior to Ivory Capital, Chris was Head of Lehman Brothers’ Singapore/Malaysia Investment Banking Group. He also worked at Deutsche Morgan Grenfell as Director, Southeast Asia Investment Banking, and Baring Brothers Hong Kong.
Chris has substantial transaction experience in Greater China and Southeast Asia. Under a wide range of economic and market conditions, he has successfully closed on strategic advisory, mergers & acquisitions, initial public offerings and capital markets financing transactions with an aggregate value of over US$12 billion in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, Hong Kong, China and Taiwan.
His clients have included Singapore CableVision, Keppel Group, Singapore Telecom, Singapore Power, City Developments, Singapore Petroleum, Tenaga, Petronas, MayBank, Commerce Assets Group, The Government of Indonesia, PT Rodamas, PT TriPolyta, Makindo Securities, Manila Electric Company, The Ministry of Finance of China, Huaneng International Power, TPG Newbridge, Carlyle Group and others.
Chris graduated with a Bachelor of Law degree from the National University of Singapore, and completed the postgraduate legal courses and pupilage for admission as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore.

Kent has 10 years of experience in corporate finance. Prior to Ivory Capital, he worked at Deloitte & Touche Corporate Finance in Hong Kong and Emerging Market Partnership, the principal advisor to AIG Private Equity Infrastructure Fund in Washington, The United States of America.
He has substantial experience in performing due diligence, business valuation and providing financial advisory services for asset divestments and acquisitions, and financing assignments in Hong Kong and China. He has completed assignments for the Bank of China Investment Group, Sinopec, Telstra, CITIC Pacific and the Lotus Group.
At Ivory, Kent was advisor in the sale of a significant equity interest in ScinoPharm Taiwan / Watson Pharmaceutical Inc, to Uni President Enterprises, Taiwan and the sale of Lotus NCGA to Citigroup. He has advised Peaceheart on a private investment in Digital Media.
Kent graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and a Master of Business Administration from the George Washington University School of Business. He is a member of the American Institutional Certified Public Accountants.

Lucienne Jallabert has over 12 years of financial advisory, research and investment experience in Asia and Europe. She most recently was based for 5 years in Beijing as Senior Vice President with CEBM Group, a leading Chinese independent investment advisory firm providing institutional investors with China macro research and sector strategies. Prior to Beijing, she was an Associate Director with UBS Investment Bank in London and Singapore, specializing in Telecoms, Media & Technology (2000-2003). Lucienne began her career at Ernst & Young Paris (1996-2000), where she managed statutory audit assignments, performed buyer and seller due diligence, and provided transaction support services for public and private companies in the Telecoms, Internet and Media sectors.
At CEBM, Lucienne was responsible for initiatives related to investment research and sales, and client-driven business efforts such as QDII, QFII and other cross-border ventures. She helped formulate investment strategies on China topics, originated and drove initiatives to leverage CEBM’s business relationships with investment institutions in and outside China (e.g. assistance in QDII/QFII partner searches, capital raising, strategic and business assessments). Clients included several of China’s largest fund management companies, such as China AMC, Bosera, China Southern, Guangfa and E-Fund.
At UBS, Lucienne advised Vodafone Group on its strategic partnership with Swisscom (Euro 2.95 billion.acquisition of a 25% stake in Swisscom Mobile, combined with an MVNO agreement in Germany), the sale of its fixed/mobile operator in Austria (telering), and the strategic management of its investments in mobile operators SFR (France) and Vodafone Egypt. In Singapore, she worked on the MobileOne (“M1”) IPO.
Lucienne is a graduate of HEC Business School and Sciences Po Paris in France, and holds a M.Sc. in Economics from Paris Dauphine University. She holds the Certified Financial Analyst designation, and is a regular member of both the CFA Institute and CFA Singapore.

Kenny has over 11 years of corporate finance and business operations experience. Prior to Ivory Capital, Kenny worked at different international and listed companies in Hong Kong, including CATHAY International Limited, New World CyberBase Limited, KPMG Corporate Finance and Asia Logistics Technologies Limited and Seven Network Asia Limited.
Kenny has significant transaction experience including the reverse takeover of Asia Logistics by New World Mobility, the divestment of Han Consulting to Legend Holdings, the acquisition of a 30% equity interest in Beijing BAMC Mobile TV by Astrea (an Australian Private Equity Fund) and the acquisition of Jetco Technologies Limited by New World CyberBase.
At Ivory, Kenny assisted in the share placements for Uni Bio Science Group, Signal Media and Town Health of Hong Kong.
He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Structural Engineering and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Hong Kong, and a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of London. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Fion has five years of experience in corporate finance. Prior to joining Ivory Capital, Fion worked at KPMG Corporate Finance and Commerzbank in Hong Kong, specializing in M&A, capital raising, corporate restructuring and financial advisory assignments for private and publicly listed companies.
Fion has provided advisory services to clients such as Standard Chartered, BOCHK, Kerry Properties, Sino Land, Li & Fung, and China Resources Power.
Fion graduated from the University of Calgary with a Bachelor Degree in Science (Actuarial Science) and Bachelor Degree in Commerce (Finance). She is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Jason Tang has over 3 years of finance and accounting experience. Prior to joining Ivory Capital in 2008, Jason worked in PriceWaterhouseCoopers (Shanghai) Transaction Services providing financial due diligence and M&A-related services, and at KPMG (Shanghai) specializing in IPO auditing.
Jason graduated in 2005 with a Bachelor in Financial Management from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.

Dingbang graduated in 2008 with a Singapore-China Double Degree of Accountancy (Honors) from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore and Nanjing University in China.
Prior to joining Ivory Capital in 2010, Dingbang Liao has worked as a Management Associate with Deutsche Bank A.G. Singapore.

Chooi Jin has over eight years of experience in corporate finance and audit services. Prior to joining Ivory Capital, Chooi Jin worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers Corporate Finance (Singapore) and OSK Investment Bank Bhd (Malaysia). He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (Malaysia) as an auditor.
His corporate finance experience includes capital markets transactions, mergers & acquisitions and provision of independent financial advice.
Chooi Jin graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Sydney. He holds the Certified Practising Accountant and Chartered Accountant qualifications from CPA Australia and Malaysia Institute of Accountants respectively.

Prior to joining Ivory Capital , Winnie had done various internships at Merrill Lynch and a boutique Russian hedge fund.
Winnie graduated in 2010 from National University of Singapore with a Bachelor in Business Administration (Accountancy).

Laura has over one year of experience in Corporate Finance with Merger & Acquisition department of BNP Paribas in Paris and Hong Kong. Prior to joining BNPP, she had worked at international companies in Beijing, China for over three years, including Accor Services, Hoffman Agency and T&D Associates Consulting.
Laura holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from HEC School of Management, Paris and a B.A. from Beijing Foreign Studies University.

Ray Han has over two years of experience in transaction advisory. Prior to joining Ivory Capital, he worked in Ernst & Young, Shanghai.
Ray received his bachelor degree from University of British Columbia, majoring in Accounting (honored).
Ray is member of CGA (Certified General Accountants) Canada.

Prior to joining Ivory Capital, Bob Chen has worked in research analytical departments.
Bob graduated from Royal Holloway University of London, with a Master degree in Mathematics for Applications and a BSc Mathematics with Economics.

Jed Chen has over 4 years of equity research and consulting experience. Prior to joining Ivory Capital, Jed worked as an Equity Research Associate for Yuanta Securities (HK) Shanghai Rep. office where he covered HK-listed alternative energy and power technology companies. Prior to that, Jed worked in Investment Research & Analytics Division of SmithStreetSolutions Consulting and Advisory (Shanghai) where he assisted multinational companies in developing China market entry and growth strategies and helped buy-side financial institutions to identify potential investments, conduct due diligence and complete the investments and acquisitions.
Jed graduated in 2008 with a Bachelor degree from Yangzhou University, majoring in Finance.

John Robson has over 18 years of investment banking experience in Europe and Asia. Prior to joining Ivory, John worked in both debt and equity capital markets with Bankers Trust, Merrill Lynch, Nomura, and JP Morgan.
His area of expertise is structured investment products, and until recently John was Asia-Pacific Head of Structured Product Sales and Marketing at JP Morgan. Prior to JP Morgan, John spent 2 years at Nomura in Hong Kong as Co-head of the Equity Derivative Business, and 12 years at Merrill Lynch in Hong Kong and London developing the structured products business for the firm.
John is originally from Melbourne, Australia, and has lived in Hong Kong for 16 years. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Econ) Hons degree from The University of Melbourne.

Bonaventure Wong has over 14 years of senior management as well as private wealth management experience in Hong Kong and the Middle East. Before joining Ivory, Bonaventure was the Head of Finance of a prominent royal family in the Middle East, where he managed their global investment portfolio with assets under management of over US$10 Billion in Asia, Africa, Europe and United States of America.
From 1996 to 2001, he founded and managed International Telecommunication Clearing Corporation, an outsourcing company that manages billing, interconnections and relationships of the top global telecom companies, as well as Nex Communication, a VOIP Telecom company. As Chief Executive Officer, he managed over 200 people and oversaw the product development, marketing, finance and sales departments. From 1994 to 1996, Bonaventure worked at JP Morgan, New York, as an analyst for the telecom sector.
Bonaventure received his A.B. from Harvard College. He is a member of Swiss Trade, US Trade, Canadian Trade and British Trade.

Phillip Y. Kim has 20 years of investment banking and financial advisory experience in Asia. Prior to joining Ivory Capital in 2011, he was with Morgan Stanley, Lehman Brothers and boutique advisor IRG Limited.
Phillip has completed several billion dollars in transactions across numerous Asian countries (e.g. Korea, Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines) and sectors (e.g. financial institutions, internet, telecom, oil & gas, consumer). His clients have included many of the leading corporate and funds across the region.
Phillip speaks English and Korean. He graduated from the University of California at Berkeley with a degree in Economics.

Jonathan Morgan has over 28 years of management and investment banking experience in the United States of America and Asia. He is also the Managing Partner of Rostrevor Partners, a boutique consulting firm in the United States of America. He was the founder and CEO of Pingda Travel. From 2002 to 2005, Jonathan was the CEO and President of First Virtual Communications, a public company in the United States of America, focusing on rich media communications. He has held various senior management positions with leading companies including Prudential Securities, Sutro and Co, Montgomery Securities, Morgan Stanley and A.E. Ames and Co.
Jonathan's clients have included PingDa Travel, Radvision, SCOLR, Corticon Technologies, Kohlberg Kravis & Roberts, and others.
Jonathan graduated with Honours BA in Business Administration from School of Business Administration, University of Western Ontario, London, Ontario, Canada. He was a Member of the Dean's Honours List.

Terence has over 30 years of management and business development experience. Prior to joining Ivory, Terence was a strategic and business consultant to Shougang Hong Kong and senior executive of several major Insurance companies. He was the Founder, Chief Executive and Managing Director of CEF Insurance Group, one of the leading insurers in Hong Kong with Cheung Kong, CIBC and Temasek as shareholders. In 2000, Terence led and negotiated the sale of a 55% equity interest in CEF Insurance Group to MLC Australia (now known as AXA Hong Kong) for HK$1.24 billion. Terence is a Harvard Business School Alumni, Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing in the United Kingdom, Fellow of the Life Management Institute USA and Member of the Actuarial Association of Hong Kong.
